Welcome to Great Houghton School where the children are at the heart of our community. The school was founded in 1955 and caters for pupils from the ages of 9 months to 13 years but will be extending to Year 11 with the first Year 9 in September 2011. It is located at Great Houghton Hall, a Georgian property set in 26 acres of land on the outskirts of Northampton.

The school consists of a Nursery department for 74 pupils and a two form entry from Reception to Year 8 where we maintain an adult: pupil ratio of 1:8 within the Early Years.
